1. Acceptance
By using the public ProofsCheck website, a visitor agrees to these website terms and the Privacy Policy. A person who does not agree should stop using the site.
2. Site scope
The website provides general information about an evidence-led document-comparison and review workflow. It is not the ProofsCheck application, does not provide customer access and does not accept document uploads.
A demonstration, evaluation, pilot or paid service is subject to separate written scope, security, data-processing and commercial terms. Nothing on this website promises a fixed pilot duration, price, contract period, service level or device qualification.
3. Fictional and illustrative examples
The forms, labels, cartons, organizations, identifiers, findings, revision histories and review records shown on the site are fictional demonstrations. They explain an intended workflow and are not customer documents, validated reports or live comparison-engine results.
Illustrative findings should not be read as a guarantee that ProofsCheck will identify the same issue in every file or detect every possible difference.
4. Acceptable use
A visitor may use the site for lawful evaluation of the described business service. A visitor must not:
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or bypass the security of the site or related systems;
- misrepresent identity or authority in a business enquiry;
- use the public site to submit documents, credentials, malicious code, confidential information or regulated personal data;
- send protected health information or patient-identifiable information; or
- copy or use site content in a way that infringes the rights of its lawful owner.
5. Reviewer responsibility and no professional advice
Website content and product illustrations are general information, not legal, regulatory, medical, technical-validation or quality-system advice. They do not replace an organization’s procedures, qualified personnel, supplier controls or required approvals.
Document comparison can be affected by source quality, rendering, capture conditions, file complexity and the defined review scope. A responsible person must verify relevant evidence and make the approval, correction or release decision.
6. Website availability and links
The public site may be corrected, updated, interrupted or withdrawn. Reasonable care is taken with the content, but the site is provided for general evaluation and is not guaranteed to be error-free or continuously available.
Third-party links, if present, are provided for context. Their content, availability and privacy practices are controlled by the relevant third party.
7. Names, marks and content
Names, marks, interface examples, text and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws. No right to use them is granted except the limited right to view the public site for its intended purpose or another use authorized by the relevant rights holder or applicable law.
8. Business enquiries
The demo form sends the entered business-enquiry details to a server-side endpoint for email delivery to the ProofsCheck team. A success message means the delivery service accepted the request; it does not guarantee final inbox delivery, acceptance of an enquiry or agreement to provide a service.
Use the form for high-level business context only. Do not include documents, security credentials, confidential production details, patient information or PHI. See Security & Privacy for the current evaluation boundary.
9. Changes
These website terms may be updated when the site or applicable requirements change. The “Last reviewed” date will be updated when revised terms are posted.
